The PR37, also known as “PR 37”, is an AM / FM pocket radio manufactured by the Matsui Corporation. It was an extremely successful mass produced pocket radio, which used a pair of AAA sized batteries. The circuit utilised the CXA1619BM single chip radio integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by the Sony Corporation.
The manual rotary tuning control is very refreshing, and the radio is very sensitive, consequently you could have lots of fun playing with this radio.
Matsui is one of those amazing companies that always come up with an affordable product that works so well.
They have kindly provided a headphone socket so that you can enjoy a high quality sound. I connected my Walkman headphones to it and I sounded wonderful.
