Antex ST3

The S.T.3, also known as ST3, was a soldering iron stand for use with all soldering irons manufactured in 1978 by the Plymouth based Antex Company in England. Considered vintage today, it was an extremely simple and well-made piece of equipment that worked very well. It has a Bakelite type base and a steel spring to secure the soldering iron. There are storage holes for the soldering iron tips, and a pair of separate cleaning pads.

It is rare to find one still with its box and in mint condition, but these are highly desirable amongst hobbyists who like to collect original quality equipment from their past, and it does not get any better than the Antex ST3.
