The MI-5000 was 6-in/2-out Mixing Console manufactured by the JVC Corporation of Japan. It had the following features.

  • Inputs for six microphones, two phonos (one stereo turntable), ten line and two tape lines
  • Outputs for two recorders and two monitors
  • Reverberation Control and Panoramic Potentiometer for each of the six input channels
  • LED overload indicator, input attenuator, and slide-type pots for easy fade-ins and fade-outs for each channel
  • Master Potentiometer
