This IC also has internal frequency compensation, and consequently the non-inverting inputs of the operational amplifiers connect directly to ground/0V rail. Since the non-inverting pins would be on the same tracks of the stripboard, we do not cut the strips there, thereby reducing some soldering time... Hence, only five tracks under the IC require cutting.
