2SB1588 and 2SD2439 Power Transistors

Here is a neat formation of power transistors. A pair consisting of 2SB1588 and 2SD2439 transistor makes up each channel.

The power amplifier stage uses the 2SB1588 and 2SD2439 complementary pair of transistors with maximum collector rating of 10 A, and maximum operating temperature of 150 °C.
