The Casio fx-9750G uses robust construction materials. It has a strong printed circuit board (PCB) inside a rugged plastic case. The main processor is in a Chip on Board (COB) package, and there is a dedicated PCB for the keyboard assembly.

The SW1 marking on the top PCB is what Casio refer in the manual as the "P Button" which initiates a memory reset.

Removing the top PCB reveals the keyboard PCB. From the markings on it, this one has a manufacturing date of 2001.
