Willem EPROM Programmer Parallel Port

The Willem programmer connects to a computer through the parallel port, which is usually used by old printers.

The set-up procedure for the parallel port is very simple. The BIOS setting on the PC requires setting for the parallel printer port. Usually it is set to EPP or Normal. If you have any resident programs such as TWAIN drivers that also use the printer port, then you should remove them.
