Ingersoll Pocket Radio Variable Capacitor and Ferrite Coil

The variable capacitor and ferrite coil antenna are the same as what one would find in any pocket radio. The transistors perform most of the signal amplification in the early stages, resulting in good reception. The variable capacitor is a multi-stage one for AM and FM tuning, and it includes the capacitor stages for their oscillators.
