Configuring Gertboard I/O as Input

Set the P9 / CON2 jumper located near the chip U4. The signal then travels from BUF5 pin to GP17 pin. On the way, it also stops for coffee and lights the LED D5. You use this when you want the signal from the outside to go into the Raspberry Pi.
