Configuring Gertboard I/O as Output

Set the P10 / CON2 jumper located near chip U4. The signal then travels from GP17 pin to BUF5 pin. The signal also turns round and goes through the second buffer to light LED D5. You use this when you want the signal from the Raspberry Pi to go outside into your project circuits.
