Raspberry Pi Pink Case
The Raspberry Pi Model C comes in this fetching pink case. I finally received my order so here are the photographs. Better late than never I suppose. By the time I received my order, the Chinese were manufacturing and selling 4th generation cases and flooding the market.
Whilst the Chinese industry works cooperatively, we Brits usually never work together as the majority do not understand the finer subtle concepts of the Nash Equilibrium. I had this amazing idea for a case design, however, there is no point now. I shall consider myself lucky if this article is indexed because currently Google is saturated with case articles. This little pink case has interesting design features such as a holder for the SD memory card. There are also plastic tabs to secure the Raspberry Pi board. You can see all of this in the following sections of this article.
Why is the Raspberry Pi Case Pink?
I suppose because Raspberries are pink. However, I am sure that when I made the application I wrote Mr Vis, so I should have received a blue one. :-)
Both sides of the box had circular seal stickers, which were a real pain to remove because it left glue residue on the case. However, after using an appropriate professional cleaner I managed to remove the glue.
Blue Case
This is the colour I should have received; however, they would have had to call it Blueberry.
Plastic Locking Tab
The case has this nice locking tab. Your instinct will be to push it but you need to pull instead.
