Clansman Radio Headset Driver

The Clansman radio headphones had a special right side cup that enabled the wearer to remove the driver module so they could listen to outside sounds through one ear. On this page, you can see the module removed and the driver within the module. The resistance of the driver was 45-Ω, and the sound quality similar to those old vintage phones.

The drivers look uncannily like those types used in vintage telephone handsets and pay phones.
