Brain Box Pathfinder Troubleshooting

If the Pathfinder does not move, then there are some things you need to double check. If you can see the sensor part light up, however the wheels do not turn, then make sure the fuse is present in the power module. If the fuse is present, and the same problem presents itself again, then make sure the fuse is OK. You will need to check for continuity across the fuse by removing it first and using a meter.

Motor Connections

You need to pay special attention to the way these wires connect. Red is on the right hand side for each pair.

Fuse

Make sure there is a fuse present and that it is a good fuse. You can check it with a digital meter set for continuity testing. If there is a sensor light, but no movement of the motors, then check this fuse.

Sensor Cable

The sensor cable has three wires and the red wire is on the left hand side.
