Clementoni Electronic Project Lab Review

This delightful lab is extremely good quality and I doubt it will ever go out of fashion. It comes in a wonderful large box made of thick card for storing the console, and the graphics on the box are colourful and attractive. The experiments / projects have a strong educational value and are interesting to follow. There are some wonderful experiments highlighting the operation of capacitors together with an LED. Although it is basic, it gives a very good idea of how the current flows in such circuits, and provides a good grounding for complex circuits. There are some interesting oscillator circuits for blinking LEDs, and making sounds through a piezoelectric buzzer. If you are studying GCSE then you might be interested in using a transistor as a switch, or using a phototransistor.

It has some interesting circuits that might be useful in other projects. For example, there is a circuit to vary the speed of an electric motor, which is useful and can have many applications. There is an inviolable burglar alarm, and a delay timer, which can be useful as well.
