Philips RH702
The RH702 was a tuner amplifier marketed in 1972 by the Philips Corporation. It was a part of their record playing system consisting of the GA308 record deck, and RH402 loudspeakers. The amplifier power output was 15-watts (rms) per channel into 4 Ω loads, and the total harmonic distortion was less than (or equal to) 1 %. It also has the psychological bass compensation system (loudness control) that prevents the loss of bass when the volume is low. The tuner section covers FM, MW, LW, and SW bands. It is also equipped with automatic frequency control (AFC), five FM presets, and tuning meter. The GA308 record deck is a high spec belt driven unit with low friction bearings and damped tone-arm mechanism. It comes with the GP400 Super M magneto-dynamic cartridge and diamond LP stylus.
