Philips Audio 1972
In 1972 the Philips Corporation had a wonderful line of audio equipment that stood head and shoulders above the rest of the competition. After the advent of their compact cassette recorder, they have very much led the home audio market with their own unique innovations surpassing DIN 45 500 standards. Their turntables, amplifiers, and tuners are all extremely well designed and built and consequently they are still desirable amongst audiophiles and enthusiasts. Today, you will find most of this equipment in the pre-used auction markets, and those who understand quality will always try to own a few of them.
