Panasonic RQ-L480 Drive Belt

RQ-L480 has two drive belts, where one is easily accessible, whilst the other is under the main board. To change the one under the main board, one would have to unsolder the ribbon cable from the front control board, and the wires from the disc motor. There is also the matter of disconnecting the battery contacts.

IC203 (LB1877M) is a brushless motor driver with speed control manufactured by the Sanyo Corporation. It is usually for a brushless motor without sensors, and provides 3-phase half-wave drive. You can see an extract of its block diagram below.
