XIOLE XL830L Inside View

The XIOLE XL830L has extremely neat printed circuit board design and construction, with a good solder flow technique. A large amount of this build is automated minimising human labour, and reducing cost. The piezoelectric buzzer and battery wires are usually hand soldered. There is a fuse for overload protection and a preset for calibration purposes.

Chip on Board (COB)

The meter integrated circuit (IC) has a COB package, which reduces manufacturing costs. This type of design is often found in high-end meters as well, and will be used more in the future.
