2SA1263 and 2SC3180 Audio Power Output Transistors

The Pioneer SX-1300 uses the 2SA1263 and 2SC3180 audio power output transistors (per channel) in the final stage. They are fitted to a nice large aluminium heat sink. This circuit extract shows one channel of the power amplifier design.
