Pioneer SX-1300 Simulated Stereo

PCB Section

The Pioneer SX-2300 has a simulated stereo circuit; however on the SX-1300 this part of the printed circuit board is not populated and has a by-pass link. This is certainly a very interesting circuit that I would love to make some time. The most important part of the circuit is the M5201P integrated circuit, which consists of dual operational amplifiers with analogue switching function. Perhaps in the future, I might experiment with this IC to see if quadraphonic separation could be enhanced with its application. I am certainly glad to come across this amplifier as I had no idea that such a function existed.
