Omega Worldsound 2 Inside

The Worldsound 2 radio was hand assembled hence the organic layout of the components together with a generous helping of wax to secure them.

Speaker

This is just a standard 0.5 W speaker that you could find in a million other radios. It does a good job though and works fine.

Radios are great fun to play with.

Ferrite Rod

You do not see variable capacitors these days because modern radios have PLL digital tuning. This is far more fun though!
