Faulty 6J1P Valves

Recently, I placed an order for more "New" 6j1p valves from a Chinese seller on the auction site and received these rotten used ones instead. I had heard of the switch they usually pull but never believed it until it happened to me. You can tell these are not new because the markings have all but faded. The pins have a green oxide indicating long-term usage. None of these valves produced any gain and were totally useless. Checking with a valve tester, I was able to determine their emission level, which was at 40% for the best valve.
