Brownie Box Camera Shutter Operation Video

The Brownie Box Camera No. 2, model "E" had a very crude shutter mechanism. As the lever passes half way, the tension in the metal spring causes the circular shutter blade to snap back. The reason why this was so reliable was because it was very simple and not much could go wrong with the mechanism. As you can see, there were no other lenses behind the shutter.
