Nokia Lumia 720 Frozen – Jammed – Locked

If your Lumia freezes then the only option is to perform a reset. I had the Lumia for only a month however, it locked on me twice. Once, was just after charging the battery and switching it ON. The second time it froze on the lock screen.

According to the troubleshooting instructions, you have to perform a reset to regain control of the device.
