In this parallel LC tuned circuit, the coil value is 100 µH, and the variable capacitor has a range of 20 pF to 500 pF. You have to find the value of the tuning capacitor C required to receive a carrier frequency of 909 kHz

You need to use the resonance formula and transpose it for C. Another page of this multi-page article shows how. You simply plug in the values you have to find the capacitance C.
