16 MHz Crystal Fuse Bit Configuration

This page shows how to configure the fuse bits for an ATmega32 with a 16 MHz external crystal using PonyProg2000.

The options used here are those described in previous sections and highlighted in green.

As it turns out for my development system, which uses a 16 MHz external crystal, there should be only two boxes checked, BOOTSZ1 and BOOTSZ0. The rest of the boxes should be unchecked. This will provide the same settings described in the previous sections.
