Canonet 28 Viewfinder

This Canonet 28 viewfinder had the best display, with parallax correction, and scales along the vertical and horizontal axis. The vertical axis has the three focus zone settings consisting of a head, which looks like a mushroom cloud, a family of three, and a mountain.

When the camera is set to "A" mode, the horizontal scale shows the light reading. When the light level is low, the needle points to use flash.

Here is the scale overlay and the needle mechanisms. The needle for the horizontal scale is from the light meter assembly.
