Olympus OM10 Digital Conversion

The OM10 is an ideal candidate for conversion into a digital camera because the film advance lever and shutter continue operating even when there is no film inside. Many newer cameras have a sensor, which will not let you operate it without a film, which can pose an issue.

With the current advancements in electronic technology, it is perfectly feasible to make a flexi circuit which fits inside the film compartment.

I am considering buying some broken digital cameras and using their CCD sensor and electronics to see if it works inside an Olympus SLR. Alternatively, if I get the job of Sony CEO, then I might design something, however until that day comes, keep your ears close to the grindstone.
