The Marantz CD-330 has a built-in 8 Ω 2-watt speaker which sounds fine considering the size. There is also the facility to connect external speakers, which sounds much better. The maximum power output will be 1200 mW.

It is extremely loud considering the size.

The speaker attaches to the top half of the plastic case.
