Sony WM-EX194 Power & Back Case

The Sony WM-EX194 requires two AA size batteries, which provide a maximum of 25 hours cassette operation time. For this, you will require the Sony alkaline batteries LR6. Other batteries and the R6P should provide approximately 7.5 hours of operation time.

Opening the Back Cover

Plastic locking tabs, including screws, secure the back cover in place. The battery compartment is where the plastic tabs are the most difficult to separate. This image clearly shows where the plastic tabs are.
