Handspring Visor Game Module -- Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf

Springboard modules for the Handspring Visor are extremely difficult to find, and the only one I have come across is this Tiger Woods PGA Tour Golf game. I very carefully opened this one up to see what was inside, and was surprised to find it had only one memory chip. The MR27V1602D is a 16-Mbit electrically erasable read-only memory manufactured by the OKI Corporation. Unfortunately, it is only one-time programmable!

Has anybody ever heard of a Barbie ROM card? If I can find the specifications, then it may be possible to use modern memory chips to make a memory expansion board.
