Sanyo MGR 80 Removing the PCB

Battery Wires

The MGR 80 printed circuit board has many wires soldered directly on the trace side. In order to gain access to the underside one has to remove most of the wiring. For example, changing the drive belt will require the removal of most of the wiring. The wires from the audio head will most especially require removing. In case you forget where the wires connect, the following photographs show where to solder them again.

Audio Head Wires
Metal Screen Wire
Motor Wires
White and Blue Wires
Yellow Wire
