Sony WM-FS493 Drive Belt

The WM-FS493 drive belt is fairly straightforward to install and requires the removal of the main board. Once you have access to the mechanism below the main board, you can see that it is a fairly simple to remove the old belt and replace it with a new one. In this model, the critical factor with the belt dimensions is its thickness as there is not much clearance between the motor pulley and its top surface.
