Kenwood KR-V6060 Back Connectors
This amplifier allows you to connect two sets of front speakers, and each set connects through the internal relay. If you are going to be using both sets together then your total speaker impedance must not be less than 8 Ω. This is because internally the speakers connect in parallel, and the effective resistance halves to 4 Ω. Please consult my Resistors in Parallel article for more information.
Here we have the antenna connectors for FM and AM radio. This receiver also provides settings for slew-rates and de-emphasis, which is very useful.
There is an input for connecting a turntable or a record player. This amplifier provides facility to connect two tape decks, with full input / output for recording and playback. There is also full input / output facility for a video deck. These sockets can always be used for other things such MP3 players if you no longer use tape. There is also a CD input facility, and additional sockets for a second video deck.
This amplifier also has video switching capability. The green jack sockets form the proprietary system control bus, for connecting other Kenwood equipment.
The back label indicates the manufacturing origin as Singapore.
