Receiver PCB

Receiver PCB, and Audio Input Boards.

There are two boards vertically mounted, the first one is the receiver for the AM and FM radio. The second is for the audio input and has all the RCA sockets connected to it. There is also another smaller PCB for the phono amplifier circuit.

The FM front end consists of a FET input and mixer in a superheterodyne arrangement. A chip package provides the FM / AM MPX system functions. A second chip provides the PLL and phase detector functions.
