RM-WME23

The RM-WME23 remote control provides full tape control, including control to select the sound modes, and auto reverse. Without this you can still operate the player with basic functionality, however, you will not be able to switch between the sound modes.

Remote Control Jack

The remote connection is a combination of a standard jack and Sony's own design that uses an I2C type communication bus. The stereo jack connects to the headphones and an additional mechanical rotary volume control, whilst the rest of the connections are for tape control.
